WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR X-RAY

A SIMPLE,
COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE

X-Ray examinations typically require little preparation.

Your technologist will position you based on the area being examined and may ask you to stand, sit, or lie down while the necessary images are captured. You may also be asked to briefly hold your breath for certain examinations, such as a chest X-Ray.

The imaging process itself is generally quick and painless.

Once your examination is complete, your images are reviewed and interpreted by a radiologist, who prepares a detailed report for your physician.
